关于举办民族医特色诊疗技术示范与推广 国际培训班的通知
一、办班目的
为提升民族医临床服务能力，促进社会和谐及可持续发展，并向中国-东盟患者提供规范、安全、有效的民族医特色医疗服务，将民族医先进适宜技术向海内外进行示范推广应用。

（一）培训时间：2022年11月1日—2022年11月14日
（二）培训方式：线上培训
四、培训人员的遴选
（一）学员范围：
东盟发展中国家从事传统医药（含中医药、民族医药等）、针灸、骨伤科等方面临床、科研、教学的技术人员。
（二）学员要求：
1.年龄＜45岁；
2.具有大学本科（含本科）以上或同等学历，具有中级职称或硕士以上学历优先；
3.熟悉英语或中文者优先。
（三）开班人数：不限。
（四）工作语言：中英双语。
五、培训内容
瑶族药浴的传承与创新发展、壮医药起源及发展简史、壮医目诊诊断技术、壮医经筋疗法、壮医药线点灸疗法、壮医针挑疗法、壮医水蛭疗法、壮医药罐疗法、壮医刺血疗法、壮医火针疗法、壮医神龙灸疗法、壮医香灸疗法、瑶医火攻疗法等民族医特色诊疗技术。
六、报名方式
各领事馆、单位可统一组织报名，也可以个人直接报名。报名参加培训班的学员，请报名参加培训班的学员，请登录https://mostitp.cistc.gov.cn/student_login.aspx填写报名信息（Training workshops selection处选择编号为“2058”的项目），同时请认真填写报名表（附件1），并附学员所在国家的传统诊疗技法调研报告（附件2），报名截止时间为2022年10月15日，加盖单位公章后通过电子邮件方式报名，会务组收到报名表后将告知学员课程安排等具体事项。
七、有关费用
培训期间，学员的培训费由我院负责。

Notice on holding International Training Course onDemonstration and Promotion of Characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology of
Ethnic medicine
1.Purposes:In order to improve the clinical service capacity ofethnic medicine, promote social harmony and sustainable development, andprovide standardized, safe and effective ethnic medicine characteristic medicalservices to patients from China and ASEAN, the advanced and appropriatetechnology of ethnic medicine will be demonstrated and applied at home andabroad.

5. Trainee Enrollment
(1)Targets: Technicians from developing countriesin ASEAN, which of clinical practice, scientific research and education areincluded, who have engaged in the field of traditional medicine (includingtraditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine), acupuncture and moxibustion,orthopedics and traumatology, etc..
(2)Qualification:
a. The age of trainees should be less than 45.
b. The trainee should achieve the Bachelor Degree orabove, or General Equivalent Diploma. The trainee with the medium-gradeprofessional title or Master Degree has a priority.
c. Being familiar with English or Chinese ispreferred.
d. There are no more than 4 trainees from each ASEANcountry.
e. Each trainee should be healthy in both physicaland mental conditions, without any infectious diseases.

Yao medicine bath of inheritance and innovationdevelopment, the origin and development history of zhuang medicine, zhuangmedicine clinical diagnostic techniques, zhuang medicine by reinforcement treatment,zhuang medicine line point moxibustion therapy, zhuang medicine the needletherapy, zhuang medicine leech therapy, zhuang medicine tank, zhuang medicinethorn blood therapy, zhuang medicine fire needle therapy, zhuang medicinedragon moxibustion therapy, zhuang medicine moxibustion therapy, yao medicinefire therapy such as national characteristic medical diagnosis and treatmenttechnology.

All consulates and units can organize theregistration, or individuals can register directly. Students who haveregistered for the training course, please register for the training course,Please go to https://mostitp.cistc.gov.cn/student_login.aspx tofill out the registration information (Training workshops selection choose thenumber is "2058" project), at the same time, please fill inapplication form (appendix 1), A survey report on traditional diagnosis andtreatment techniques in the countries where the trainees are located isattached (Appendix 2). The deadline for registration is October 15, 2022. Theparticipants should sign up by email after stamping the official seal of thecompany.
